Chicken in a tarragon cream sauce

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons tomato past
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Swiss/Gruyere cheese
  • 3 chicken breasts

Cook the chicken breast and cube into bite sized pieces, set aside. Whisk together chicken broth, flour and tomato paste. Heat in a sauce pan until thickened. Add garlic and tarragon. Let cool for a few minutes and add in the sour cream. Place the cubed chicken into a casserole dish and cover with the sauce. sprinkle the cheese on top of the sauce/chicken and cook in the over for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with egg noodles!
