Ingredients
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2-4 ripe bananas
Directions
Preheat you over to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients, spray or line your pan and bake for 45-60 minutes.
Dad’s secret
Freeze the bananas!!! I’m not positive this was intentional on his part or not, mom hates bananas and Sarah and I were always finicky cyclical banana eaters, so the frozen bananas may have been a result of no one eating them quick enough and needing to save them while we collected enough bananas to make the bread. When you’re ready to make the bread, let them defrost before trying to mix the above ingredients (if the bananas are still frozen they will freeze your butter and eggs).

Only use the bananas that are either “very ripe” to “overripe” per the chart above and then freeze them. I’m not a scientist but something about the freezing consistently makes the bread more moist.
